MLOFlag Football DRAFT RULES

The MLOFLAG Draft is based off of the Mandatory Skills Clinic to help create an even playing field for all teams.
If a player does not complete clinic, then he/she cannot be drafted and will be placed on a waitlist until they complete skills clinic.
Any player(s) caught cheating in the clinic will be notified and either given a rating by Commissioner/Committee or placed on waitlist.
Head Coach and Assistant Coach son/daughter are automatically frozen. NO OTHER RELATIONSHIP UNLESS APPROVED.
Head Coach Form must be submitted by 48hrs after Tryout Date.
Assistant Coach must have submitted background check to be deemed frozen by Head Coach.
Draft Order: Returning Coaches draft by previous season final standings. New Coaches pick first (multiple coaches pick out of hat to determine first picks). Any Assistant Coach that is locked to a new coach is still considered the Head Coach for picking order only. To be considered "New" there must be at least a season gap from when last entered league and not have a previous season Head Coach as their Assistant Coach.
ONLY Siblings are drafted together. NO OTHER RELATIONSHIP
There are NO TRADES/SWAPS ALLOWED.
